This the third post out of twelve posts I promised earlier.
I'm going to blog about technology, for like first time #epic in my blog.
Do you know about Instagram?
Instagram is a free photo sharing application that allows users to take photos, apply a filter, and share it on Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Tumblr, Flickr, and Posterous. The application is compatible with any iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch running iOS 3.1.2 or above.
And today, CNET reported that Instagram photo app for Android is under way.
As for now, Systrom didn't mentioned when will it available for Android users. But definitely it's on the way. Android users are jumping happily in air *joke.
Short write up for third post.

And today, CNET reported that Instagram photo app for Android is under way.
Instagram has risen to popularity in the photo-sharing realm just with an iPhone app, but Chief Executive Kevin Systrom today said an Android version is on the way.
"We have two people working on Android now," Systrom told attendees of the LeWeb conference here, though he didn't say when the work would be done. "I'm excited to be able to see our numbers today nearly double."
As for now, Systrom didn't mentioned when will it available for Android users. But definitely it's on the way. Android users are jumping happily in air *joke.

Fourth post: Coming soon
As I have tweeted earlier; "Planning to write 12 (twelve) posts for this Christmas month". I will kick off the 2nd post out of 12 posts.
So what is so special about these 12 posts?
First came into my mind is, it is month of December which is the 12th month in a year.
Second, I treat it as gifting posts where we suppose *forcing to exchange gifts in the upcoming Christmas and celebration for 2012.
What am I going to blog about? I don't plan ahead #lost direction, but it's roughly on Christmas decoration, food and travel.
And I have 'alive-line' to finish up by this Dec 31. Quality matters most!
Hopefully I will not disappoint all of you who read my blog.
Trivia about number 12
> There are 12 months in a year.
> Time is measured in two groups of 12 hours
> The Twelve days of Christmas
Source: Wikipedia
> Twelve people have walked on the moon
> Magnesium has the Atomic number 12
So this is the end of second (2) post. Stay tuned for third (3) post #advertisement time and any suggestions, I am more than welcomed.
First (1) post: Johor Premium Outlets
Third (3) post: Instagram is coming to Android

Down south of Malaysia, there will be a new attraction. It is the Johor Premium Outlets.
Johor Premium Outlets (JPO), a shopping haven joint-venture project between Genting Bhd and Simon Property Group, is scheduled for a grand opening on December 11.
JPO features more than 80 designer-brand stores.
What is Premium Outlets?
Premium Outlets is a portfolio of outlet shopping centers which brings together the finest brands in unique outdoor settings and offers impressive savings of 25 to 65 percent every day. Each center is a shopping attraction and destination in its own right offering:
* Factory-direct savings of 25% to 65% every day
* A distinctive, upscale store mix of leading designers and quality name brands
* A location that is easily accessible and near other attractions
* An attractive setting making shopping an exciting and pleasant experience for the whole family
Source: Johor Premium Outlets
Sneak Preview
2-10 December
You can enjoy extra savings in addition to the everyday savings of 25% - 65% at participating stores from 11-18 Dec.
Few of the brands include: Burberry, Coach, Tumi, DKNY, Giorgio Armani, Gap Outlet and Levi's.
I guess the main difference of JPO with Pavilion KL and Starhill Gallery is it offers whopping savings of 25 to 65 percent every day and more toward open store concept.
Besides, it is the first of its kind in Southeast Asia. Rest in the world, around 50 in US, 8 in Japan, 3 in South Korea and 1 in Mexico.
What you are waiting for? Make sure you head down for its grand opening this 11 December, if you have chance!!

A death accident happened in Malaysia MotoGP race in Sepang this afternoon. It has nothing to do with the track as it seems that it is Marco's error.
I extend deepest condolences to Simoncelli's family and friends. We lost another good rider in MotoGP.
Organisers confirmed the 24-year-old had died after the race was cancelled following his crash on the second lap. Simoncelli fell and was hit by Colin Edwards and Valentino Rossi as he slid across the track on his Honda.
Simoncelli’s helmet was knocked off in the incident and the season’s penultimate race was immediately red-flagged. Yamaha’s Edwards also came off his bike but escaped serious injury, while Rossi was able to nurse his Ducati back to the pits.
Simoncelli lay stricken on the track before being taken to the circuit’s medical centre where he was pronounced dead.
Simoncelli’s death is the first in the premier class since another Honda rider, Daijiro Kato, was killed at the 2003 Japanese Grand Prix.
Shoya Tomizawa also died in a similar crash to Simoncelli in Moto2 last year.
Simoncelli, known for his shaggy afro haircut and fun-loving personality, began in the 125cc class in 2002 before moving up to the 250cc class in 2006.

My family decided to dine at Restoran E Soo Yong Tau Foo instead of Chan Chan, where both located at Bandar Manjalara.
So the flow of dishes for that dinner:
Well, this dish is said to be 'tasty' if the marmite is thick enough, not 'watery'. But sad case, it is a failure as I found that the sauce is slightly too sweet and diluted.
The next dish is Braised Pork in Cider Vinegar Sauce/Braised Pork Trotter. We go for a small size as some of us are not keen in this dish. I didn't taste it so I reserved from making any comments.
To balanced out of dinner, we have Stir Fried Lettuce The size of this is medium as the boss recommended. Overall this vegetable is just average.
For Yong Tau Foo, the soup is more to MSG flavouring rather than rich anchovies stock soup. I need to highlight the 'awful' Fish Ball, when it served the fish ball looks to disintegrate and looks not appealing. The fish paste is overcooked and too soft. Highly not recommended this fish ball.
Before we settle the bill, I am quite okay with the dishes. But the decent dining experience ended with nightmare. The bill stated (Braised Pork Trotter) is medium size and not small as we ordered. After few rounds of dispute, the boss came out and told us "If more that 3 persons, we will give you medium although you order small".
This is profiteering tactics as he never asked permission to change to medium. And he further said that you can't order small portion if you have 10 persons. Doesn't this mean, he forced and masterminded our orders without our knowledge? The difference of small and medium is only RM5, but you obliged to speak forward your recommendation and not change the order as the restaurant wishes.
With the poor service and cheating tactic, this E Soo Yong Tau Foo is in blacklist.
Food: 6/10
Price: 5/10
Service: 1/10
Ambience: 6/10
Verdict: Other than the unpleasant service, taste wise still good.

After day out at Jonker Walk, we filled up our tummy by dining @Bistro Year 1673.
This bistro serves American (New), Asian Fusion, Chinese, Diners, Seafood, and is also a steakhouse.
This oldest unique 338 years old heritage building is located in Jonker Street (populary known as Jonker Walk) and probably the oldest brick building in Malacca was built in the year 1673 during the era of Dutch colonialisation.
Currently the grand old building is transformed into a Bistro, where deserving diners are able to have a memorable meal with a different dining experience.
Let us visit the surrounding of this bistro and part of interior look.
During night time, live band performance is available.
This soup is clear and comes with strong flavorful taste. Duck meat is used to cook the soup instead of chicken or pork bones. Sour vegetables (ham choi) is used as main ingredient and it comes with prawns, tofu, mushroom and spring onions.
For this udang masak lemak nenas dish, was one of my favourite. The prawns used were succulent and fresh. On top of XL sized prawns, the prawn head was fill with roe. Since it was masak lemak, it has the 'lemak' taste where santan is used. And the pineapple gives combination sweet and sour taste.
Next dish is ayam pongteh, one of must have in Nyonya cuisine. The meat was cooked until tender but still in intact piece. The gravy is a bit oily with thick aromatic tauchu bean sauce and of course the gula Melaka that form the gravy.
I personally would not recommend the Cendol here. As you can see from above, the shave ice is too hard where you have to forcefully crack the topping. The gula Melaka syrup used is not thick enough and not fragrant.
The two other dishes are Mixed Vegetables and Telur Cencaluk.
For overall, this bistro should get 4 out 5 rating from me. The total bill for 5 dishes for 5 person come at around RM68.
So the next you head down to Malacca, pay a visit to this bistro!

Verdict: Portion wise is good and the food of course.

Great airline food
Ever wondered why the airline food served by cabin crew just doesn't taste right, or make it simple; yucks?
A 2010 article in the Daily Mail stated: “The sort of noise we are subjected to inside aircraft cabin affects our taste buds, reducing our sense of saltiness and sweetness. The finding could explain why even the best flight meal will taste bland and have the texture of cardboard.”
But there are exceptions:
Here are five dishes identified by Esquire Magazine.
Malaysia Airlines’ Bingka Labu
MAS’ satay may be the talk of the town but have you heard of their Bingka Labu dessert? It’s a soothing roasted pumpkin pudding made from coconut milk, and served with yummy vanilla sauce and chocolate straw. It’s jam-packed with vitamin A, a helpful antioxidant that has been proven to help the jet set with their jet lag!
Austrian Airlines’ Pastry Plate
What could be better than having living, breathing chefs onboard? Having a whole pastry department onboard! Those with a sweet tooth will be happy to know they can nibble on Fabergé-like sachertortes, dobostortes, and soft chocolatey cherry cakes. Or, if that’s not enough: the punseh krapfen, filled with D’arbo apricot jam, soaked in Meyer’s dark rum, draped in velvety pink fondant, and garnished with fragrant candied violets. Here’s to the sweet life!
Emirates’ Cheese Platter
Tart labnah balls, slices of rare Spanish bonvallis with a wine-soaked rind, pungent Swiss gruyères, chaumes from Périgord, and German cambonzolas – all of these come plated on oak cutting boards garnished with dried apricots, fresh carrots, and grapes. Not only that, the exquisite selection changes from time to time so you’ll never get bored. It isn’t surprising then, when this was dubbed the best cheese platter you’ll encounter onboard.
Thai Airways’ Deep-Fried Lotus Root with Minced Pork
We all know that Thai food is good. But deep-fried food 30,000 feet in the air? Before you balk, you might want to take a whiff of the plates served by Thai’s Royal Silk Class. There’s some very fancy minced pork atop an even fancier (and fried!) lotus root. But the great part? It’s surprisingly rich in fibre, vitamins C and B6, and manganese. Guilt, begone!
Cathay Pacific’s Warm BBQ Pork Bun
Once upon a time, Cathay’s caterers decided to compete in a huge BBQ pork bun cook-off to see who was worthy to appear on the in-flight menu. The result – a dollop of tangy pork and some homemade hoisin sauce are folded into a warm yeasty, honey-glazed bun – is just the thing to make you chuck your diet plans out the window.

1. Emirates

3. Singapore Airlines
4. Aeroflot

6. Malaysia Airlines
7. Thai Airways
8. Etihad
9. KLM
10. Air France

Challenges:
There is a different way of cooking and preparing an in-flight meal. Meals must fit specific sizes, be easy to assemble and be tough enough to survive cooking, chilling and reheating in-flight. Certain salads or fish cannot be used, for instance, because it dries up on board. Not only that, the recipes must be easy enough for the caterers and crew to follow, and the food must be simple to prepare in airplane cabins
