Scientex Berhad has acquired 108.5 acres of freehold land in Taman Bukit Galena, Seremban. This is first acquisition in Seremban, city of Negeri Sembilan.

Existing it's palm oil plantation site located in Taman Bukit Galena, a modern township with over 1,000 units of residential.

Two major highways, North South Expressway (E1) and LEKAS (Kajang Seremban Highway) provide best connectivity to people living here.

The entrance would be using Jalan Bukit Galena.

The township is expected to have 963 units residential commercial once its 108 acres parcel land is fully developed.

For phase 1, 2 storey terrace house (Tulip) with land size 18′ X 65′ is now open for registration. The indicative price is RM380,000.
