I haven't know much on facts, but rest assure cars above 15 yrs will have to be inspect by Puspakom every year. To complicate matters, insurance is set at RM 350.

Puspakom to do the job, can you imagine how long would it be. Normal time commercial vehicles have to spend hours at there.
