Pulut Udang Panas grilled for 10 minutes.
According to Pulut Udang Panas seller Azmee Yusoff, he uses recipe from Northern states like Perak, Penang and Kedah to make the special cuisine berbuka puasa.
"Prawn, sambal cili and coconut are cook together with pulut. It was later grilled for about 10 minutes," said Azmee who is helped by his wife.
Pulut Udang Panas is sold for RM0.50 each.
Besides that, kuih Tepung Pelita Istimewa from Paya Jaras is also sold at this bazaar ramadan. It was hot sale like pisang goreng. Seller Sulaiman Baharum said, he can sells up to 20 trays of that in a day. Each tray contains 80 pcs of kuih.
