Festive cookies

With almost ten days before Chinese people celebrate the Chinese New Year festival. Have you get ready with your needs; be it cookies, drinks, apparels, home decorations or red packets filled with money?

Cookies usually come along for relatives or friends that visit our house during day of celebration and gift exchange (the term quote from Wikipedia), that is not exchange at all. Well mum have completed the series of cookies for New Year.

Pineapple tarts

The flaky skin of tarts with aroma richness of butter that melts in the mouth.
